Day 365.

Promised to share pics. Manage this one. Lolz.

I really don't know what to say. Today is the last year of 2015, and God has been so faithful.

2015 came with its ups and downs, tears and laughter, disappointments and appointments, pains and joy, and so many other things, but despite all, we still give thanks to be alive to see the last day of 2015. So far God has led us this far, he will lead us through into 2016 and beyond. Amen.

My dear friends, I'm so glad to have met you through this medium. Yea, I've not met quite a lot of you guys, but your presence here alone, makes me smile. You guys are the best.

Sincerely speaking, I don't know the future of this blog, I may stop blogging, I may continue, I really don't know. But whatever the case maybe, I'll be seeing you all. Thanks for being there.

So this is to 2016. Be great and awesome. We shall all excel in our endeavors. Cheers to the new year. E-hugs to you all.

Christmas Eve!!!

Buhahahahaha. Naija people sef.

Tantrum Thursday kini? There isn't any tantrum for me today. Although the sun is to much and I guess it's hotness has affected the flow of cash. Aside that, I'm all good.

Tomorrow is Christmas, how and what are your plans? The frozen food people don sell tire. There are so many live chicken and turkey in the market now. Infact, the market is so filled up.

So I was arguing with a friend on the choice of chicken and Turkey, I chose frozen foods cos I don't have strength for all the procedures involved in preparing a live one. She chose the live one, saying it tastes better despite the work involved.

So I decided to bring it here, which do you prefer, live or frozen? Let's talk.
You can still throw ur tantrum if you have any.
Cheers to the Christmas.

Parents tales.

Santa I'm still waiting biko.

As kids, our parents were our world, our everything. We ran to them for provision, love, protection and all in between. Parents are our first role models. We look up to them for guidance and direction. My father was the one who told me which profession to choose when I'm grown up.

In our eyes, our parents could do no wrong. We believed all we were told and taught, why wouldn't we? Did we know any better? I believed every word , hook, line and sinker. Even those too incredulous to believe.

Which of our dad's or mum's didn't say that in class, they took 1st position always? Mine even added an icing, that once, he took second and cried for a week!! Lolzz.

Another tale told by my friend's dad was that elephants die standing , because, if they fall, the ground will open, due to their weight!! (I believed that till I watched National Geography). Lolz.

So what tale did our parents tell us that we know better now, pls do share. Let's gist.

N/b: For the people wondering what I want for Christmas, it's not much. All I want for Christmas is just a new laptop or tab for my blogging.

Also, a new and better job. And lots of money. #winks.
So who wanna play Santa???

Monday, 21 December 2015

Christmas is finally around the corner, and many folks have waited for the past eleven months for this weekend. As kids, this was the highlight of the year for us. We would finally drink a bottle of coke, a BOTTLE, all to my self, not sharing. Arghh!! Rice and stew and ah!! the chicken.

Meeting long unseen relatives and having freedom to roam, even if it was a for few hours, but not being on a tight leash. Christmas to us meant not just food and drinks, but freedom.

Now, Christmas is still the same date, but we have changed, we are grown up. I don't know about you guys, but this holiday is looking bleak. Is it only me, the fanfare of this yuletide is very contained and low key.

Even the carols and jingles seem to be played in slow motion. The hype associated with the season is more or less none existent. Very few people are going on Christmas shopping, and even holidays. The cash crunch seems to have us all by the jugular. God help us.

So, Dear Santa Claus, I was a very good gal (I was, #winks), I wasn't naughty, thus, please don't forget my gifts on my list. I spent the last weeks preparing that list. Lolz.

Despite it all, money or no money, you got life, love and family. Show love this season.
After all, when all else doesn't matter, family still remains.
Cheers to the season!!!

Jesus is always the reason for every season!!!

It's five days to Christmas and eleven days to the end of the year, if you know God has been so faithful and Awesome, just say BABA THANK YOU!!!

If our whole body is filled with mouth, it's not enough to give HIM thanks. So in your various little corners keep praising Him for He is worthy.

No matter how 2015 has been so far, just note that 2016 will be filled with great testimonies and awesome miracles, cos the flood gate of heaven shall be opened and showers of blessings shall fall upon us in Jesus Name. Amen.

The Lord has been faithful, always give Him thanks.
Have a blessed week and God bless you my friends.

Vibrant Monday.

I was telling a friend that the drugs I've taken last month and this month is more than what I've taken in a while year, on a normal year. Yes, I've been really down since Friday. I don't know if it's me or the drugs ain't working. How can I treat malaria in two weeks apart. I had to go through the horror of swallowing 24 pieces of drugs twice. Hian, nawaoo. Anyways, this is not a tantrum post. I feel better now, thanks for asking.

Happy new week to you all. Hope you all are doing great and can smell the Christmas. Well, it's bubbling already.

Well, I don't have much to say today, just came in here to check up on you guys. Hope to get my groove back when I'm stronger. Remain blessed and God bless. Love you.

Monday, 7 December 2015

Monday talk.

It's two weeks to Christmas and I'm feeling so fly already. I fitn't hold myself cos I really love Xmas alot, who doesn't?

Anyways, a beautiful new week to us all, and just like the three wise men followed the star to meet Jesus, may our destiny helpers locate us too in Jesus Name. Amen.

So, I recently had a conversation with a guy and he shared some shocking information and I quote "Relationships- I think guys want to start from intimate to love, while ladies want love to intimate....pretty difficult striking that balance".

OK, we had a long argument which made me almost late to church. Now I ask, biko guys in the house also please help me explain this. Does it mean that you guys first of all lust after us, before you start loving us?

I wish I can share the whole conversation though, cos when I asked if a guy must have sex with a lady before he loves her, he said and I quote again, "But that's what a guy works towards first before thinking.... ''oh! I think I like this girl''

Deep down, I know that's not true, I have male friends too so I know a little about how some guys think. But for clarity and honesty purposes, biko tell us if the above conversation is true.
Let's gist.

TANtruM ThUrSdAy.

Harmattan yaff landed, Gbam. Imagine that the weather was so hot last night only for me to wake up very cold th. Infact, I love this weather so much, asides the dust and the twitching nose, and the dryness of the skin, I'm so fine with it.

Wednesday, 2 December 2015

Ladies, seize it.

Ok, so today I hit the writers block again, decided to go to my drafts and search if there is something I haven't used before. Then Gbam, I found this piece I wrote since May 20th, can you believe it? Well, here it is, though a bit lenghty but just be patient to the end.

Can you as a lady ask a guy out, or tell a guy that you'll like both of you date/be in a relationship? Yes, you've been showing all the necessary green light and signals, but he seems too blind to notice it or too shy to approach you.

Tuesday, 1 December 2015

A Happy new month to you all, and welcome to December...Do you realize its just 24 days to Christmas?? It seems just like yesterday we all screamed happy new year...Well, I'm glad and also thank God for leading us from January to this moment, its really not easy, but His grace that has led us thus far will see us through. Amen.
